I've decided to change the theme for the website! The old look just didn't sit right with me, so I took a few days to gather up some screenshots and look for a new layout.
There are still some things to be tidied up, but I think that it is good enough to show off to everyone! Let me know what you think~! Hello all! I've been working on getting the site more organized. For now, I am focusing on only the coat pages.
First off, I've been working on re-organizing the individual coat pages. Instead of only listing the gene in use, the full gene sequence will be listed, and active genes will be in bold. Images are now contained in galleries, much like on the downloads page. Hopefully this will make the information easier to look at and understand. You might notice that a LOT of coat pages are missing. Don't worry, they are still there and they will be filled up eventually, but they are hidden for the time being so empty pages aren't cluttering up your view. This should make it easier for people to know what is actually done and what isn't. It's been a while, but I buckled down and rolled out some new coats (you can find them under Grey AND Chestnut > Cream!), and added new infos to other finished coat pages. You might also notice that the pangare pages are missing. Since the info I do find on pangare suggests that it is simply a 'gene gone wrong' in either bay or flaxen chestnut, I will be merging planned coats for pangare into those categories instead.
Just as a reminder; I have most of the coat pages set up, but many of them do not have any content yet! There is also a nice little guide I made to help you see what goes where on the Alicia manes and tails (Tutorials > Design > Manes and Tails). The Coat pages are being reworked to reflect on their genes instead of in alphabetical order. For the time being, horse coats wont be visible until this is finished. Hopefully this will be done quickly. :)
Finally returning after what has probably been too long, I've decided to open up a facebook page just for this website. Any updates or posts will be shared via the facebook page from now on~
I will also be going through the website and fixing old/broken links, and giving the website some much needed attention. Edit: New layout! Let me know what you think :) Edit 2: Updated the SweetFX DiY page Hey all!
Very sorry about how behind I have been! The buckskin set is now (finally) finished~ Now for maintenance on the site:
I have also uploaded the horse UV Map to the Downloads sub-page. For those coat designers out there, this should come in handy~
Work is being done on the site!
